These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RocketPlay website, your account and every game, bonus and payment available on it. By registering or placing a bet you accept these Terms in full, so please read them before you play. RocketPlay is operated by Hollycorn N.V., a company registered in Curaçao under number 144359, with its registered office at Heelsumstraat 51, E-Commerce Park, Curaçao. Payments are handled by its authorised agent Libergos Ltd., registered in Cyprus under number HE 371971.

Acceptance of These Terms

Opening an account, depositing funds or playing any game confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and Responsible Gambling policy. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. RocketPlay is intended for players located in Australia. You confirm you are acting on your own behalf, with your own funds, and that online gambling is lawful where you live. We may refuse or close any account that does not meet these conditions.

Your Account

Each player may hold one account only. You must provide accurate, current details and keep your password confidential, as you are responsible for all activity under your login. Deposits and Withdrawals

All balances are held in Australian dollars. The minimum deposit is A$20. Withdrawals are paid to a verified method in your own name and are subject to our Withdrawal Policy, including weekly limits and instalment arrangements for very large wins. We do not act as a financial institution and do not pay interest on balances.

Bonuses and Promotions

Every bonus carries its own conditions, including wagering, maximum bet and win caps, which are set out on the relevant promotion and in our Bonus Terms. Claiming a bonus means accepting those terms. We reserve the right to withhold a bonus and related winnings where a player breaches the rules or shows signs of bonus abuse.

Identity Verification (KYC and AML)

Before your first withdrawal, and at any time we consider it necessary, we verify your identity, address and payment methods under our AML/KYC Policy. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be held. Providing false information or failing to verify can lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds obtained unlawfully.

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

  • Opening more than one account or colluding with other players;
  • Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks or fraudulent documents;
  • Attempting to exploit software faults, bonuses or pricing errors;
  • Using bots, automated software or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.

We may suspend or close accounts, void bets and withhold funds connected to prohibited conduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RocketPlay is not liable for losses arising from interruptions, errors, delays, or your own decisions while gambling. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
