RocketPlay Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

This policy explains how withdrawals work at RocketPlay: the methods, limits, timings and the verification we complete before paying out. All balances and payouts are in Australian dollars unless you use crypto.

Withdrawal Methods

You withdraw to a verified method held in your own name. Crypto and e-wallets are the fastest; bank transfers take longer.

MethodTypeSpeed after approval
BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGECryptoMinutes to a few hours
MiFinity, eZeeWalletE-walletSame day
PayIDBankUsually same day
Bank transferBank24 to 48 hours

Minimum and Limits

The minimum withdrawal is A$20 on most methods. Your weekly withdrawal limit depends on your account level and verification status, and usually falls between A$5,000 and A$15,000. Crypto works to its own per-coin limits rather than a single dollar figure.

Large Wins and Instalments

Very large wins, over roughly A$15,000, may be paid in monthly instalments rather than all at once. If you are planning a big cashout, this is worth knowing in advance. Progressive jackpot wins are typically paid in full per the game provider rules.

Processing Times

Withdrawals move in two stages: our approval, then your payment method. Approval usually takes from zero to 24 hours once your account is verified. After that, crypto and e-wallets are quickest, while bank transfers take about one to two business days.

StageTypical time
Our approval (verified account)0 to 24 hours
Crypto / e-wallet payoutMinutes to a few hours
Bank transfer payout24 to 48 hours

Fees

RocketPlay does not charge a fee at our end for standard withdrawals. Your bank, wallet or the blockchain network may apply its own fee, which is outside our control.

Verification Before Withdrawal

We complete KYC checks before your first withdrawal under our AML/KYC Policy. The single most common cause of a delayed first payout is unfinished verification, so upload your documents when you sign up, not when you are waiting on money.

Currency and Crypto

Your account is in AUD. If you deposit and withdraw in crypto, amounts are converted at the rate applied at the time of the transaction, and crypto payouts follow per-coin minimums and network timing.

Pending and Reversed Withdrawals

A withdrawal sits in a pending state until approved, and you may be able to reverse it back to your balance during that window. We may pause or decline a withdrawal where verification is incomplete, terms have been breached, or a review is required.

FAQ

How long do withdrawals take?

Approval is 0 to 24 hours once verified. Crypto and e-wallets then pay within a couple of hours; bank transfers take 24 to 48 hours.

Are there withdrawal fees?

We do not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Your bank, wallet or network may apply its own.

Why might a big win be paid in instalments?

Very large wins over about A$15,000 may be paid monthly rather than all at once. Check before planning a large cashout.

What slows down my first payout?

Almost always unfinished verification. Complete KYC at sign-up so your first withdrawal is not held.
